Philipp Straetker was born in 1988. After completing his Bachelor’s degree at the Albert
Ludwigs University in Freiburg (Frankomedia/History) he worked as a production assistant and editor on short films, music videos and commercials in Montreal and Toronto, Canada. After moving back to Germany in 2013, he started working as an assistant director as well as location manager on several German feature film productions. Since October 2015 he is a student at the University of Television and Film Munich, Germany.
